"We had a LifeSource system in our home…"

We had a LifeSource system in our home in Las Vegas and loved it. We moved to Wisconsin and found that no one had even heard of LifeSource here. We contacted LifeSource directly and we were able to order a system and have a local plumber install it. Now we have exceptional water again!!!!! Love it!!!

Our salesperson Sam and our installer did a great job. Everything went as promised. We are loving the clean drinking water and the hard water in the shower is now gone. My skin and hair feel 100% better. Why didn’t we do this a long time ago?

LifeSource provided a transparent and simple experience for selecting and installing their soft water system. Frank was great to work with on selecting the system and pre-planning for installation. Jason Hedges and Eddie were timely, communicative and left our home looking great during and after installation. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I called and emailed multiple times to get a resolution for my water pressure problem especially for my irrigation lines. I wrote these Yelp reviews in response to getting no response. Coincidentally, LifeSource Water has since been extremely helpful.

Rob, who seems to be a more senior employee really made it a point to take care of me. I was pretty upset, but he was very professional and kind. He addressed all my concerns. Reimbursed me for the additional piping I begrudgingly paid for and offered to have some of his best guys come out to evaluate our installation. Cassidy and Eric came out and helped identify each issue and walked me through the different steps to show the integrity of the system. They removed the AquaPure filter and even manually bypassed the system with built in piping directly. I don't know exactly what they did, but the irrigation water pressure has improved but reinstalling things properly seems to have done the trick. The extra piping is a tradeoff of diluted water pressure that I need and I'll have to work with my gardener to reroute the city water directly to the irrigation lines.

I can say that today I'm a happy customer, but my initial contact started in late April. My install concluded in June and it took 1.5 months to reach this conclusion so it's a bit longer than I could hope, but all in all I'm very thankful that Rob, Cassidy and team were able to put in many hours and help resolve my issues.

7/27/2021 - Original Review
It took LifeSource Water two weeks to have someone swing by my house to give me an estimate. The technician was able to give me an estimate and an action plan for the install. I had a few options of the placement of my system either in the front of the house or on the side hidden behind a gate. I didn't care because I think it looks cool so front or on the side would be fine. Putting it on the side would require some extra piping so I said as long as its included in the estimate any spot works for me.

A month and a half later the install finally takes place. They install it on the side and everything looks good. My water pressure is a little weak, but they said that's expected and it should be good after a few hours. The water pressure is still weak in certain parts of the house. It wasn't too bad so I didn't mind because my water is allegedly cleaner even though there's no real way of testing.

I paid the bill and they tried to charge me for the additional piping I never wanted. I had to call them multiple times to get them to remove it, but they wouldn't budge. I indicated that the technician mentioned it would cost the same no matter where it is, but they said the technician isn't allowed to do that as if I'm supposed to know their internal policies. Eventually we negotiate to meet in the middle and I end up having to pay an extra $200 for some extra piping.

I started noticing that my grass was dying and it turns out they hooked up the system with the outdoor water as well. So the system is unnecessarily filtering our outdoor water and the water pressure is too weak and doesn't allow our sprinkler to have the same range it had before. I requested for them to fix it. They sent someone out to do some tests and he was just talking about how hot it was and that my system works fine. I should decrease the amount of sprinklers I have. I tried to insist that it was fine, but he did some test saying that there's nothing he could do. The water has to pass through the system and the long piping might be the problem even though I requested to put the system where it would be most optimal.

I've been in contact with Christy Gomez to try to remedy the situation, but she hardly ever responds to my emails. She is never available to pick up my phone calls and she never returns any of my calls. When she does respond via email she says someone will reach out to me this week, or next week, or says she talked to someone and he/she will reach out to me soon. But no one ever calls me back and these guys only care about making a sale and then they stop caring about the customer.

Perhaps you can have clean water, but there is no integrity in their customer service.

"We upgraded to the new LifeSource water…"

We upgraded to the new LifeSource water system last year. We previously had the older one where we needed to replace filters every six months. This new system is maintenance free and we just had our annual check up, which is also free. We have enjoyed fresh water from LifeSource for years and are looking forward to continued fresh water for years to come.

This is my 2nd lifesource system. The first was trouble free and lasted over 10 years. We recently completed a home remodel and immediately contracted to add a new lifesource system. We are very satisfied with the product and recommend the company.
