The LifeSource system has been great since the beginning 14 years ago. Having to put in a replacement system to replace the old tired system was a positive experience. From start to finish the process was understandable, professional and timely. Time between order and installation was a bit long however understandable. Actual installation was professionally handled by the two installers Gabriel and Jeff. They were on time and installation went fast making adjustments necessary for the installation of the new tank and the old in a speedy and knowledgeable manner.

I recently had my LifeSource Whole House Water System installed and the installation was seamless from start to finish! First my installer, Jimmy, showed up at my house earlier than expected which set a positive tone for the experience from the very beginning! He is a true professional in every respect and his customer service and attention to detail are deserving of special recognition! My wife and I were engaged with Jimmy from the moment he arrived! He went above and beyond in every facet of the installation and far exceeded our highest expectations! To put it very simply I can’t recall ever having a better customer service experience! The Yelp rating system of 5 Stars does not even begin to recognize people of Jimmy’s caliber! I personally would give him at least 6 Stars and better yet, 10 out of 10 if it were possible! If I were LifeSource Management I would ensure that he gets the special recognition he so richly deserves! Jimmy, on a personal note, my wife and I would like to thank you for simply being the Best!

The Lifesource Water System is a professional water filtration and conditioning system. I haven't had any issues with it. It's maintenance free. My Sales Representative, Alan Bell, is available to answer any questions that I may have. He has reached out to me to check on my satisfaction with the system. I've noticed the difference at all faucets. When using my washer and dishwasher, I have no hard water residue build up. The water from my refrigerator ice maker and dispenser smells and tastes refreshing.

Kylle called a few minutes to make sure I was home, early in the 'window time" so it was very convenient. It took only a few minutes to go through the whole process of changing the tank that needed change, I have good water again!
