"A good choice for us"

We seemed to forget our water filters needed replacing—at the sink and refrigerator water lines both. Now we don’t have to worry about filters at all. I stopped buying plastic bottles of water now too. And, we drink water from the upstairs faucets when we run out of water during the night. I only wish the water tasted better at room temperature. But, when it’s cool or cold, it tastes great.

Although I had to delay installation numerous times, Sam was patient, never pushing the subject and allowed it to happen when it was best for "me" not him.

We love our new LifeSource Water System. Sam was so attentive and helpful. He was there from the sale to the installation and more. We can now drink our water. And it's noticeable the amount of soap and shampoo use has lessened.

I wanted to confirm that both the timer and the backwash were working perfectly. Joe showed the patience of God, walking me through exactly "what I was looking at" on the unit, how to reset the timer to check the backwash, etc. I never felt stupid or that I was interrupting his busy day. Not only that, he was looking at an actual picture of my unit all the time he was doing this!
