Over 3 weeks ago I called Life Source main office to ask if they knew where I could purchase an enclosure for the water tanks since they were placed outdoors instead of the garage. I was put on hold by the girl who answered the phone, she came back to inform me that Fred Morris would be calling me back, and as of today, I have not heard from anyone.

And after cleaning/replacing old, scaly faucet aerators ... we're enjoying our cleaner, better tasting water.

"The system seems to work"

The system seems to work. We had to have the unit replaced twice with in a year due to carbon residue leaking out. Thankfully, the replacement was without issue so they must be aware of the chronic problem.
I am not able to find a water test kit that shows it is removing the chemicals that it says it does, so, I am trusting them that it is working and the water does feel & taste different then what it use to.

Life Source gave me a very professional presentation explaining the benefits of a water conditioner system. I chose Life Source because it takes no maintenance for me, it protects my pipes from corrosive build-up, allows usage of less soap (no “slimy” feel), is much less drying to my skin and is safe for plants both inside and out. Life Source checks the system every year for 5 years to assure everything is working properly. Installation took a few hours one day. The installer was timely, efficient, verified the system was working effectively and cleaned up. Life Source is all I expected and more. I highly recommend them.
