The installer of my Scale Solver refill canister was courteous and actually early. He was quick and clean.

My complaint was that the reminder email stated they would take hours to do the job. It took less than 15 minutes. I cancelled plans per the email.
There needs to be other types of reminder emails than the standard one for the first installation.

The Sales rep. explained in detail the product, its benefits and cost to our satisfaction. We were kept abreast of the installation date and when that occurred, the installers were courteous and professional.
