My annual inspection was performed and went great. I was given the opportunity to ask questions about anything I needed clarification on, and a water test was performed to again show me the difference in the city water and my life source treated water. I was assured that my unit was working as it should, which is a comfort to me.

"Satisfied with our LifeSource water filtration system"
We have been so satisfied with our Life Source whole house water filtration system for three years now. Our water tastes amazing, toxins removed, and needed minerals left in water. Our friends and family still enjoy filing up their travel mugs when they visit! Situation: We were unaware that our in-line water regulator was slowly failng and that the increasing water pressure to our house impacted the filter in our Life Source setup. The increased pressure was causing the filter to break into particles, slowly obstructing our water lines and the reason for the low water pressure. Not knowing the cause, we called Life Source. The manager problem-solved our case right away and had us turn off the filter connection to avoid more damage to the unit. Dan Hilliard, technician, came the following day, confirming the failed water regulator as the root cause. Because we were still under our three-year warranty and the pressure was not above 90 psi, we were given a free new filter for our unit! We obviously replaced our own inline water regulator. Kudos to the manager, technician for quick and accurate problem-solving and excellent customer service! We will continue to recommend this water filtration system to our friends and family.

"Resolved water pressure issues."
We were having problems with the water pressure in our home. A cerified plumber came out and changed out the water pressure valve at a substantial cost. When the pressure was still bad, the plumber said it was probably all because of the way the LifeSource system was connected. Within an hour of calling LifeSource, a technician (Joe) called back. He walked me through a series of steps to conclude it was not the system. Over the phone, he diagnosed that the plumber never adjusted the pressure on the new regulator after installing it. He patiently walked me though how to adjust it, even calling back when we lost cell connection. Wallah . . . . in ten minutes, the water pressure in the house was back to great. Above and beyond service!

"Upgrade of existing LifeSource Water System"
I've been a LifeSource Water Systems user for 10 years. I upgraded to the Elite Ultimate ScaleSolver PowerPac 1" and a ULT-1620S-1"-24v based upon my review of the product. I contacted my Service rep Charde Espinoza who promptly replied. Charde was very informative and friendly to communicate with. After we worked out the details, a date was set for the Technician to perform the installation. Installation was professional done, I was very pleased with the results (Clean, and plumbed with thought about any future adds/replacements). I have a pre-filter that's operated for the 10 years. I was informed that the pre-filter has been upgraded, so if mine ever fails I would need to replace. Technician allowed room for the upgraded pre-filter to be installed with minimal effort. Yep I will be able to make this upgrade when the time comes. The experience I had with LifeSource is why I gave them a 5 star rating. Lastly, after a few days of use of the new equipment I noticed a difference in how the water felt (shower, dishes, and clothes after washed) as did my wife. The expense was worth it, no regrets. Just like the previous 10 years be for I upgraded!!
