From the start of discussing a LifeSource system to replace my water softener; Jeremy was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions in detail without attempting to gloss over any topic I brought up. Once we decided on a system, he coordinated with Sara to schedule the work and when an opportunity to improve the install date came up Sara contacted us immediately and moved the date up. Joey was our installer and was all business with the task at hand. The install, cleanup, and removal was all accomplished in the single appointment time. When we e experienced an issue with our icemaker, Jeremy personally came to re view the situation and make the necessary adjustments. A short time later we experienced a strong monsoon storm and e perienced a roof leak. Since we had never had a roof leak and LifeSource had recently done work; I called them first to make sure this was not related. Sara scheduled a service call immediately and Joey returned to make a complete check of the water lines in our attic. Their system was fine and he pointed me to a possible roof leak which it ended up being. At no time during the process of working with Jeremy, Sara, or Joey was anyone less than professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend LifeSource and the individuals I have interfaced with.
