Awful experience, purchased a IPL machine it was faulty with an intimitant fault, sent back next day recorded delivery as I was told and they are refusing to refund. So I have no product and out of pocket. I thought I was buying from a reputable company but extremely unprofessional. AVOID
Update: still not refunded me anything as if 03.08.2023
She also claims that this isn't her trust pilot and that she's been hacked and all the reviews are fake.
Umm funny how she can reply to my review if she's hacked.
Also I'm not going to waste my time returning a working device. Just look at all the other reviews and make your mind up.
All anyone has to do is look at the trust pilot reviews to know what a scam company it is. Its easy to say its working now after getting it back but still not refunding me, Absolute joke and Im not going to waste my time writing emails Iv clearly been scammed
