"The Pick up was a pretty drawn out affair"

Everything was fine - but the pick-up was a pretty drawn out affair. I was given a date but no time. I asked for a time and was told between 1100 and 1300. No one appeared. And then at about 1330 I got a call saying that he was an hour away. Finally he arrived at 1530. Once he arrived the process was pretty quick and easy.
