They responded to my request promptly and gave me a fair valuation. The collection of the car from my home was arranged within a couple of days and the driver gave me the keys back until the payment had gone into my account. The only fee was for collection of the car.

After being messed about by carwow I found best car buyer and tried them with an optimistically fast turnaround. They quoted a competitive price, I gave the details to Charlie (who was a really brilliant guy throughout, quick tip to other companies, hire people like Charlie who are professional, friendly and most importantly have a personality), and there was a very shall reduction in price.
I couldn't believe getting the car locked up the next day, and the driver, Aubrey was equally as friendly, engaging and professional, and add with Charlie before, people like this make a massive difference to customers. I received the payment about 10 or so minutes later, and have the email to confirm the pcp was cleared. I couldn't recommend best car buyer highly enough!
