The advisor was very good at explaining everything step of the selling experience and the offer was fair. Once I had agreed with the price and said I would continue the advisor explained what paper work was required. Then the pick up driver arranged when to pick the car up, he went around the car, checked the paperwork and there was haggling on price he just confirmed to their office the condition. I spoke to the advisor confirmed the price and the monies were transferred into my bank account promptly, they then drove off in the car. Overall easy stress free and the car company representative was very helpful and pleasant.
