"Bad Experience"
On Sept 7, 2023 my credit card was charged for the Bossa ProTon Max. The first pair didn’t work; replacement pair didn’t work; next replacement was also faulty (no sound in the right ear piece). So after trying 3 sets I finally (Jan 3, 2024) asked for a refund but was refused. They said my 45 days was up so company policy didn’t allow refunds even though it was their faulty product that stretched the time to beyond 45 days. So they have my money and I have nothing. This company (BOSSA) is deceitful and dishonest. Do not try to deal with this company. Even the product (hearing aids) is no good and they don’t honor their word. Someone should bring criminal charges against them.

Well it wasn’t as good as it sounded o. The phone was suppose too send me the newest hearing aids and never got them so it’s a bull crap deal as I was told on phone

"Rechargeable and adjustable"
The fact that these hearing are both normally undetectable and adjustable made me very happy to the extent that l purchased a second pair to use in case l forgot to recharge them.

"Amazing Product and Fast Customer Service"
I've seen Bossa Hearing Aids pop up on my Facebook newsfeed and it just happened that I was looking for a pair for me. Working in the call center I believe has damaged my hearing at some point so I considered trying a pair of hearing aid. I don't know why some people are complaining about their CS when I didnt have any issue like that with this company. From start of purchase, being notified with tracking number up to getting an updated as to when my hearing aids got delivered, they all got it covered. So for me, I am satisfied. Hearing aids are working properly and doesnt have any issues so I have no reason to return them at all.

The Bossa hearing aids have been such a help to my diminishing hearing. I struggle with hearing certain tones and sounds and these amplify it to the perfect level. The hearing aids are small, sleek, and very comfortable. I was able to get them up and running in no time and have been using them regularly.

Still need to figure out how to use them properly so that they don't get feedback or things like that but the sound quality is great

"I bought a pair back in July"
I bought a pair back in July. Could not get a good fit and problems adjusting the sound. I returned them on July 12, 2023 for a refund. Tracking #9500 1123 1041 3193 5580 29. Never did see a refund. Then I just tried the free pair thinking maybe there would be some improvements, but still a very poor fit, they wouldn't stay in my ear and made my ears hurt. Also hard to get a good setting on volume control.

I love the size and easy charger but even when I turn my right side all the way up I still can not hear anything from my right side is there anything else that can be done to make it easier for me to hear from my right side??
