"horrible customer service if you want to return hearing aid"
The hearing aid I tried was not very good. I returned
the hearing aid (order #148085) after 4 weeks and have not heard anything back from bossa 7 weeks later about a refund. They also erroneously billed me $60 three months in September ago for a duplicate hearing aid and my master card company is still trying to hear back from Bossa on my disputed charge in December. Customer service is horrible when dealing with refunds and credits.

Aids came in good time. The aids did not help with the hearing I hoped for and I did return the aids. Have not received the refund yet. 12/20/2024

I returned my two hearing aides well within the 45 day return period. They arrived and were accepted on September 11, 2023 with a turn around time of 10-15 business days
It's now DECEMBER 16th, 2023. That's 3 months and 5 days ago. 13 weeks and 5 days ago.
96 total days
69 weekdays
And still no refund. Just empty promises.
My return issues have been up-channeled within support, hand carried to finance, and even up-channeled to management. With ZERO results.
Save your money, otherwise it's gone forever.

Of course, in spite of the Bossa comment below, still no refund.
The funds were finally credited to my credit card, but being forced to wait in excess of three months after a 15 day guarantee is excessive. If you are reading this, start being the squeaky wheel.

Ordered the lowest priced set.
Had some fitment issues.
Was treated VERY nicely by Romee in customer service.
She walked me through the return process and suggested I try a different model that should solve the fitment issues,
I ordered them and am eager to try them.

"Buyer Beware!"
I placed an order for hearing aids from Bossa Hearing. After weeks of failed delivery I contacted them. They then shipped the wrong product! Due to poor customer service I cancelled the entire order. I spent weeks trying to get the monies collected (Better than 30 days at this point) refunded to my credit card. Only after getting my credit card company involved did I finally get my refund. This took better than 55 days!! Product maybe good but customer service the poorest of any company I have dealt with.

Ordered. Waited weeks and they never arrived. Cancelled. And got a cancellation email. Just a few hours later got an email saying they had been shipped. When I emailed that they had been cancelled I was told they had been sent and hearing aids would have to be returned. You have to initiate the return with Bossa - they won't give you your money back unless you contact them first. They never answer the phone. You just get a hold message saying someone will be with you shortly. I tried emailing. No one has returned my email - it's been a week.
I would not recommend anyone doing business with Bossa.
Update: Bossa replied "I requested for additional details about this order so we can take necessary action." That is not true. No one has contacted me requesting additional details. No one from Bossa has contacted me about anything.
Update #2 - after sending Bossa ANOTHER email, they responded to call them and "once we get on the phone with you we will give you the right instructions." They never pick up the phone. And their website clearly says you can initiate a return through email. I attached a photo of their website that says that.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have had these hearing aides for a year now. They have Been really good for my tinnitus and hearing loss. For the price who can complain. In the beginning when It was very hard to get them because of such a high response. They got them to me asap. It was like in a week. Great c ustomer service through the buying process.

"where’s my refund?.."
I ordered and bought their products as well as their offers, as I thought this was what I was looking for. But what I thought was wrong, it took almost 1 month for me not to receive what I bought. So I canceled it, now it's been 1 month and I haven't been refunded what I paid, I won't say how much and maybe those who read this won't believe it. For me I was robbed openly. . If only there were less than 0 stars, that's what I would give them.
