I purchased the hearing aids in August 4 returned them 2 days later ..I have inquired about my refund at least 6 times it's now Nov.27 and they still have not issued my refund they even tried to close my claim and just give me 100 dollars off another pair of their product..yeah I know this is not the experience they want their customers to have as you can see this is the norm worst company ever!

"WARNING!! Do NOT buy Bossa Hearing Aids"
I brought bossa hearing aids for my husband and he could not adjust to them so I sent them back and asked for a refund. They have the hearing aids and have NOT sent me my refund. They keep giving me the run about. They do not honor their guarantee. I ordered the hearing aids on Sept. 6, 2023 and it is now Nov. 26, 2023 and I have not received my refund!!! WARNIG-DO NOT BUY Bossa Hearing Aids!

"FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT BUY THESE!"
Their website advertises refunds if the hearing aids are returned within a 30 day trial period. I returned them after having them only 3 days because they were very uncomfortable in my ears and the sound quality was poor. I followed their return process exactly as they specify, providing them with the tracking number from USPS. Tracking shows they received the package on October 5th. It is now November 19th and after several emails, even thought they acknowledge receipt of the hearing aids, they just keep putting me off, saying they have to talk to their billing department, and asking for patience for my refund. I'm done being patient. I do not think this is a legitimate company and I think they are scamming seniors and others with hearing impairments out of their money.
