This are amplifiers not hearing aids. On the lowest setting I can only hear my voice, and nothing in the background. This was a total waste of money,and don't recommend these to anyone!!!

No refund after 3 months and numerous inquiries.
This fraudulent company, who sells inexpensive but poorly performing (in my opinion) hearing aids should be avoided.

"Horrible refund experience"
I ordered 2 pairs of hearing aids on October 10th and received them quickly but after 5 days I decided they weren’t for me. I returned them exactly as instructed (one pair was unopened) and waited and waited for a refund. Every email I sent was met with some excuse as to why my refund was delayed. In my final email I finally gave them a deadline for the refund or I was going to notify my credit card company and challenge the charge. Needless to say they didn’t meet my deadline. Capitol One issued me a credit and now they’re handling it. I sure wish I had read some reviews before buying anything from Bossa. Lesson learned.
Like all the other responses, I'm sure they’ll say that this wasn’t the experience they wanted me to have. Tell it to my credit card company.

The response given by Bossa Hearing aids on this site are nothing more than generic and show Bossa Hearing Aids to be not trustworthy. I didnt give order numbers in my review so how are they suppose to look into it further? Further more, I have been emailing there support email since the previous re view and they have failed to reponse to that. I've also been calling and not getting answered.

This company was good to deal with until I asked for a refund because the hearing aid didn't fit me well. Then they proceeded to jerk me around for three months before I received my refund. BUT, it happened only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!!!!
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
