My phone conversation with two of your staff. Both knowledgeable, patient and understanding.
Calling in is a big problem, long waits, and long times for a call back. Other than that, no other issues. My husband is trying the hearing aids, and they seem to be working out for him. We are still in the learning stage, but things seem to be going well. For starters, TV can be turned down considerably. Hoping this continues.

The hearing aids are small and my hearing is so much better! They are well worth the money. I love them. They are great!! I referred my niece to them so she could get a pair. She was excited about getting them. I'm sure she will be happy!!

"Poor customer service…"
Bought the Bossa hearing aid and it wasn't comfortable, too big. Wanted to return and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to "mini". I declined and now, 7 weeks later still have not had my return processed. I've called 3 times and always the same story. Really lousy customer service. Go thru a store for a hearing aid.
