I ordered a pair of these a few months ago. Previously I had a set of Eargo aids. These are larger and not quite as comfortable (I have very small ear canals) however the sound is excellent and very adjustable. My previous pair could change volume by tapping your ear. Sounded great but loud noises would cause volume increases. So far I have seen no need to adjust the volume after initial setting and they seem to handle larger groups and noisy locations quite well. Very satisfied... Would suggest everyone try these before spending big bucks on another brand

Ordering was easy. The devices never felt comfortable, so I requested a return. The hearing aids were acknowledged as "Retuned" by Bossa customer service.
This was six weeks ago, but MY RETURN STILL HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED.
As I write this. Bossa Hearing has ripped me off for the amount of the hearing aids.

The TX-5 Mini are the best hearing assistance devices I have found, so far. They are far superior to the Rx hearing aids I used for several years. The 'in the ear' design does take some getting used to, so follow the break-in instructions that come with the units. I have been well pleased, and when these units need to be replaced I look forward to ordering another pair, and I will opt for the extended warranty this time.

When in a conversation with someone 3 to 5 feet away, all is ok. but if there is any other activity or sounds within 20 to 40 feet away, that "noise" completly makes my conversation not audible. Very embarrassing. Adjusting the volume controls up or down does not solve the problem. Your product is just very poor "technical " quality ! !
