So they choose to recall the Segway P100SU, after they are forced by CPCS, but only in the US market. There are people with the SU model in other non US countries who dont receive support, they advice to stop using it immediately but refuse to ship a replacement part of fork to Europe.

Its not possible to get in contact with them, they have a email adress about the recall but its a fraud, they reply with the most generic bullshit message I have ever seen about we need your "detailed Fault Description, error code and serial number". Lol.

They dont even care about reading the email messages cause the problem was clearly explained, and serial number was in there. No the Segway P100SU recall is only a PR statement. Its not real and Segway will not care about providing a fix to their dangerous products.

I ordered an item, and send email to cancel within an hour. And they are charging 15% restocking fee!
I didn't see any button to cancel the order.
They opened a loot store!
