Early days as such and not used it at sea, the Meridian charts software package is clear, easy to understand and navigating the various tabs and features is very easy to do.

Shipment was made quickly and efficiency.
The only problem I had was that the carrier (TNT) charged me for unprejudiced and unknown fees and extra cost for costume clearance process that were not known to me at the time of ordering the goods from Imray. So I ended with extra fees and unprejudiced costs to get my order.

It was easy to find and order from your website. However, I ended up canceling my order (which was also easy) because it was not clear on shipping time or costs. That information would be good to know prior to having placed the order.

Instructions to download electronic charts and Navigator was exceptionally poor and should be simplified.
