Prompt service. The Imray pilot books are always reliable with a good format and clear chartlets. The books are good value but the delivery charge can be a bit off-putting.

They hold all the necessary information, are easily read and even scribbled upon.

in general very good experience, but the problem was delivery of the product. Requiring signatures from the client is impractical : many people are at work and unable to sign. I asked for delivery to my second home, as I live abroad normally. This meant delivery was not possible.

The charts are first rate but the communication regarding shipping and tracking could use improvement. For example, I received this request to rate Imray before I received my order. There does not appear to be a way for me to track the order in order to ascertain whether or not they have shipped, or when they will arrive.
