Order placed Tuesday 19/3/2019 for new chart and pilot book and £8.25 delivery charge paid. Chart and new pilot book required for voyage on 26/3/2019. Order chased through call to Imray on 22/3/19. Advised that chart and pilot book already with DPD and delivery imminent. Delivery finally received Monday 25/3/2019. Prior experiences with Imray have been very good. This was very poor.
