"All main features excellent-almost damaging transport"

Delivery was very fast(Imray to Germany), right issues were sent(3 admirality charts on paper), the quality is really excellent (print and paper,and thats the main point, a big thank you for that),but the roll-package, where the charts were sent in, has a marginal diameter in my opinion,which caused an almost-cut at the "damped" edge(opposite to the "take out"- side) of two charts inside the package (obviously caused by moving the package in a quick manner by transporting it,,,you cannot avoid this, of course, and thats not influenceable by imray...), a bigger diameter would be more suitable and maybe allows a better, not harmful damping of the transported goods and better schock- resistance of the edges.Also imaginable is a roll-in-a-box-container, wich allows a natural, second protection of almost all sides of the roll. Thats only a guess to - maybe - avoid this problem.

As an amateur sailor I really like the paper charts - clear presentation, good information, right level of detail, reasonable value for money. The only frustration is the speed and regularity with which corrections for older charts cease to be produced, so one is obliged to buy replacements.
