I have worked with MFB for many years for mortgages for HMOs and single let properties and short terms finance for development projects. I have always had a great experience. On a recent large development project (8 bedroom HMO conversion) I worked with Adam and Bianca. We had some tricky issues come up such as Japanese knotweed, but Adam was able to find the correct short term bridging finance solution and also the long term mortgage upon completion of work. Bianca always kept me updated at each stage with follow ups with the lender, solicitors, etc. Overall a very smooth experience. I would highly recommend MFB.
