Was not informed that the Articles of Association would need to be changed & was quoted £600 to get it done….!

It would be helpful if applicants are advised in advance as to whether changes to Articles of Association are likely & also the time delay incurred instigating the changes.
I’m informed that not all lenders insist on these changes,
