From the looks of the website and the prices I expected more than just a simple spelling and grammar check. I could do it online and for free.
I can understand very well that they do not change the content, word choice or writing style, as it can drastically change the author's work. However, if there is a sentence that is not well understood or whose wording is not natural, why are the client not notified?
