"Quality of proofread drop and not sutable for publication in high quality journal."

I used this survice for 5-6 years. In the past 2-5 year agro, this survice is a good Proof read.
However,in this year, I used this proofread many time and the quality drops significantly. Many mistake are found and not responsible for it.
I got bad experiance and change to othor survice that better than this.

1. However was used two times in the same sentence
2. In so many paragraphs in addition to 'the' no other corrections were done.
3. Data was used as singular
4. Instead of a antiviral simple antiviral was used and lot more.
