General issues
I found the paper difficult to read. There are many terms and processes unique to this study since it uses the experimental model to simulate gouty arthritis. However, it seems that English is not the first language of the authors. The many subject/verb disagreements, out of order words, and over-use of abbreviations makes it difficult to understand the paper and a tedious read. Please hire a medical writer to assist in this process.
The letters are out of order compared to the words and some of the words are not in English. Again, the aid of a medical writer would help with this problem.

Many simple mistakes and re-writing of content essential for the points in the article. It did not seem to me that the person proof reading actually read (or understood) the content, which is somewhat essential for the meanings to be carried over. This seems more a lack of understanding of the research field than an liguistic weakness. Unfortunately, the results are much the same.
