"Very good as usual"

Very good as usual. This time I had some frames which were sunglasses from Tk Maxx
Needing a very narrow bridge- 15mm it is difficult to find frames. So, I measured them myself and put a line of slightly sticky paper where the bifocals should be. I expected this to cause difficulties for Lensology but no the glasses arrived and are the best I have had.

I got the lenses of my sunglasses changed to an updates prescription. The customer service team are amazing with great communication via email. The process of sending my sunglasses away was super easy. I am very happy with my new sunglasses and they have been done to the highest standard. The best customer service team!

What a find. I purchased two pairs of designers glasses and sunglasses recently. They have a small showroom with an amazing amount of frames. We dealt with Louise who was super helpful. Gave us time to browse and lots of great advise but not pushy at all. We provided her with the prescription and the process was quick and easy. We had an email within a week to collect the new glasses. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. High recommend.
