From dispatch to return, a very smooth operation. Very friendly staff if you need to call and first class email communication keeping me informed throughout the time they had my glasses. Return time for new lenses, varifocal, and transitions was about 2 weeks. Can’t fault that. Really happy with the result so will definitely be sending more work their way.
