"Broken Frames & No Reimbursement"

I had high hopes for Lensology but was left disappointed. I sent my glasses in for a lens replacement, but they were returned with a broken frame. Unfortunately, Lensology refused to take responsibility, citing their terms and conditions, and offered only 25% off my next purchase instead of reimbursing me.

While their service might work for some, my experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t feel confident using them again. Something to keep in mind if you’re considering them for your glasses.

Fantastic experience, quick delivery and great communication throughout. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Vision Express who wanted to charge me £240 and over a week's wait for the same service. Lensology was about 50% cheaper, and I had my new glasses in 3 days. Excellent.

This is the third time I’ve used lebsology to reglaze my glasses, they always do a great job. Quote are always cheaper than what you would get at retail. Quick delivery, I got my glasses within a week.

Simple and great value. They supply a prepaid pack to send them your frames and your newly glazed glasses are posted through your letterbox about a week later. I’ve used them twice now and each time the prescription and lens have been spot on.
