Working every day on my laptop was causing me lot of headaches. After some research online I found Lensology. The reviews were very good so I decided to go ahead and use their services to reglaze my glasses with anti blue light. They were very professional and the communication was very good all the time. I have been using the glasses for one week and I haven’t experienced those terrible headaches which I am very grateful for. I am thinking about using their services in the future for driving lenses.

Having recently had an extremely positive experience with 3 pairs of frames having new lenses with new prescription fitted, when I contacted Lensology for advise on what to do on a lens that had, since being in my possession, suffered a deep scratch, they did not hesitate to advise I was covered under Warranty. Swift delivery of a box was received, I sent off the glasses as per the clear instructions provided and less than 3 weeks later I have my glasses back just like new. So impressed with this service. The whole process of having my glasses reglazed was outstandingly simple, it took no longer than waiting for new glasses from my regular optician. I'm really happy with the quality of the prescription lenses in my sunglasses, the lenses are thinner than I'd been expecting too. Contacting Lensology was a good customer service experience, the Staff were friendly, knowledgeable when I did query something I wasn't certain about. Overall 100% pleased with everything. I received my reglazed glasses and am quite pleased so far with the result. I was pleasantly surprised as to how light and slim the lenses are and find them easy to wear. Time to produce the glasses was as expected and communication with the team was excellent. The price was within my budget and I couldn’t understand why my usual optician would want nearly a £100 more to reglaze. The ordering process was relatively easy with clarification needed by the team to ensure the correct lenses were fitted so that extended the timeframe slightly (not complaining I would rather have it right) the only problem I had was actually paying, their system for some reason would not accept my debit card on their site or through PayPal and was rejected when I tried telephone payment. I finally succeeded through a bank transfer but the process was a bit tedious. My bank said there was no issues with my card so I am not sure what the problem was. To sum up, I am happy so far with the glasses and would happily use Lensology services again.

I had a wonderful experience with Lensology – excellent customer service, a great website for purchasing, and fantastic lenses. I ordered the Digital & Lifestyle Computer HD lenses with the Ultima upgrade for my prescription Meta Ray-Bans, and they arrived within a week. The lenses have a tighter fit than the original Ray-Ban ones, but this ensures they stay securely in place.

I also learned that I can have the transition feature added to my lenses even after purchase, which I’m definitely going to do.

Additionally, I need to look into reglazing my other glasses.
