Excellent service from initial chat where my questions were answered and after sending current glasses, new frames and recent prescription all communication was fully informative on choice of lenses, I ordered varifocal lenses, and payment was made which represented a substantial savings from my original glasses. Would t hesitate to go back to Lensology and recommend.

Starting from getting a quote from the website to going ahead with the decision of having a pair of sunglasses frame reglased with a varifocal prescription. The postal service, completing the appropriate forms and checking specific requirements, all was very professional and my glasses came, by post, delivered very quickly and the vision is perfect. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and I have been recommending them to friends and work colleagues. "Really excellent service "

I live about 5 miles away from the lab/showroom so decided to turn up with my new prescription and my favourite frames and sunnies. I was greeted by Louise who took me through the options and I walked out after 20 mins happy with my choices. I was called to let me know my glasses were ready 48 hours later. I returned to collect them and again Louise was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both pairs of single vision distance perfect and my favourite Oakley sunnies looking like new with the new prescription.

Quote provided for price of a replacement including suggestions which may enhance your purchase, with no pressure to accept once you agree, your glasses are dispatched very quickly. I didn't expect the amount of correspondence that I got from these wonderful folks.

I had originally ordered the mirrored green transition lenses for my Meta Ray Ban glasses. Within around 20 or so minutes, I got an e-mail with photos included that let me know that the color of the untinted lenses would be different and sometimes people change their minds based on this. I was one of them, so I was very thankful as I am unfortunately located in the US, I'm sure returns would be tough.

Jamie was super helpful, prompt (considering our time difference), and very polite. To top it all off, my order got here in a staggering 3 days from UK to TX, USA. (ordered February 7th, arrived on the 10th!) Did I mention half the cost of what RB wants me to pay from their preferred retailer? LOVE these guys.

I can't fault this reglazing service, I bought frames from eBay and had them glazed with the best lenses and coatings that Lensology offer, they were at least £100 cheaper than the High St alternative. After receiving my frames they contacted me for a few extra details to make sure the lenses were perfect, I received the reglazed frames in roughly a week and they are spot on, no complaints.
In short... A good value, quality and speedy service, I recommend.
