It was the speed of the service, the ease of the process getting my glasses to Lensology with my prescription which I sent as a picture through the internet and getting my glasses back.

Absolutly exceeded  expectation. The services was fast and efficient and I was always kept informed of what was happening from start to finish. Lensology is literally half the price, like for like, compared to high street prices.
The process is really straight forward and easy to sort from receiving my box to sending back and has all the labels, straight forward instructions to follow.
 
I brought my frames sometime ago but never got around to glazing them. However if you require frames, Lensology even parner Shoptical and they are very competitive on price. You can eventually get a discount code for money off.
 
Honestly don't think Lensology could have made the process any better, everything was on point from start to finish, even the fact that you sent back my old lenses and the kids really appreciated the chocolates, thank you.... it's the little things that make the biggest diffrence

Great service quick turnaround and so much cheaper. I was quoted over £280 with less extras from boots and was under £100 with lensology. Will definitely use again 👍🏻

I am happy with the whole process at Lensology from deciding what lenses you want, what extras, the posting system, the time taken to produce, fit & return the frames. From start to finish Lensology seem to be reasonably priced and efficient at what they do.

A pair of my favorite Ray Ban sunglasses altered into varifocals with perfectly matching gold mirror lenses. Then my current glasses fitted with a new prescription artificial lens
From start to finish the process has been simple, with regular updates from the Lensology team as to the progress
Amazing value for the grade of lenses that are made.
Have used them before and will use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

"Brilliant service"

Brilliant service! Needed new glasses urgently, ordered some cheap ones online, they didn’t fit properly and looked awful. Then a friend mentioned Lensology. I sent them my 40 year old frames which were not in good condition. They put the new prescription lenses in my old frames and refurbished the old frames. The frames are like new and I believe the quality of lens material is far superior than the cheap quick fix I purchased, because my vision is much better with the Lensology lenses.
