"5 days after order I get a call!"

I placed my order directly from their website on August 5, 2021. Received a call on the 10th saying the website didn't charge me for shipping on the filon just on the butyl tape. The shipping was over $11. They then proceeded to say it would be an additional $73. I returned their call 34 mins later & had to leave a message asking to cancel this order & to please call back when they process the refund. 24 hrs later still no refund & no call. I will NOT use this company again!

We were in need of a hide-a-bed couch for our 5th wheel. RV Parts Nation had a large selection and a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent service, product and delivery. Even with the weathered siding of the rest of my camper, the Artic white is a perfect match. This product uses contact cement to glue on, but easy to install with some extra help.

No communication from this company. When I check the status of my order and saw that it had not shipped yet and I needed it I had to buy it locally I requested they cancel my order. I received an email from them saying thanks for reaching out to us we will be in touch. Nothing ever came of that nor did they ever cancel the order I submitted a second request to cancel the order and never responds. And now they've shipped the order and charge my card.

I ordered Adobe Arctic White RV paneling seam tape, and got Carlo Fawn tape. This is pretty basic, ordered white got brown!!!
