I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from RV Parts Nation. I have called a
no less than five or six times and left messages. They charged my credit card the day I ordered it. I've sent emails first requesting help and then today to finally to cancel my order. Next step is BBB for sure!

Description of Complaint:
I ordered a sorely needed heater from RV Parts Nation on 4/8/2021 (one week ago today) -- order #40---. There was no indication on the website that the part was out of stock. I have sent three emails and left one voicemail with the company asking why my order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". No response. I am no longer able to even leave a voicemail due to "Sorry, but this mailbox is full" type messages. Two days after the order my credit card was charged for the full amount $455. So I know they are out there, taking money at least. I want a refund, but according to the website I must contact customer service to do so -- which as I mentioned is not responding. I am worried this is fraud.

FWIW: They finally responded today (no explanation) and apparently have now refunded my order. Perhaps the BBB complaint and this TrustPilot review (both of which I sent them email links to) prodded them into action.

Anytime shipping cost equals or is higher than the cost of the product, there is something out of whack. I was not in a hurry to get the item & would have been happy to wait with reasonable cost of shipping. Afterall, this item is a mere fraction of a pound in weight. In addition, instruction on how to install this item would have been appreciated.
