"Disappointing first order"

1. We ordered a fantastic fan not noticing it had a 7 day waiting to ship notice. You should make the notice larger and red. We have never seen such a notice on any of 100 websites we have ordered from.
2. Calling to check on the order, 2 of 3 times not one answered and had to leave a message.
3. We live in our RV and would probably move before the item arrived. I left a message 'Please call for order xxxx as we must redirect the shipment or cancel. Without a return call you simply canceled. Not good.
4. Your price was good but then we never received the item.

Ordered the range on the 5th and it still hasn’t shipped it’s the 17th. Been awaiting shipment since I ordered it.
Tried to call and cancel and get the voicemail.

The item,door latch, did not include internal screws. I had to purchase those screws myself. The screws that were included stripped their respective counterparts on the latch.

9 days since my order and no shipping notice yet!! Two " contact us" inquiries made with no responses. Not happy!
