This RV Door Lock is a great buy for the price with free shipping! I installed the lock without the instructions and it is working great! I also like the Key, no two locks are the same.

RV Parts keeps pressing for a rating. It's been 10 days, 3 requests for a review and item HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

Called, left message, no reply. Received a shipping # but it only says the label was printed, no updates available.

So, would I recommend, NO. If the company doesn't answer I will call the credit card company and refuse the charge since the item has never been delivered!

I placed my order over the phone with Trina, who was helpful and nice! I then read some reviews and was surprised to see some bad ones? I received my parts three days later, Excellent!

They do not respond to emails or messages sent requesting an update. When I call I always get a busy signal. The order was placed on 12/11/19 and still hasn't shipped. Their own site states 3-5 business days less otherwise stated. This was not otherwise stated.

The part game in good time and good condition BUT the sn tag which shows btu output and the model number and serial number was intentionally taken off and it works but does not put out the heat my old one did I am starting to feel a bait and switch happened and I got a lower btu model this could not heat my RV if my life depended on it , as I write this it is 10F and I have to use the truck heater and a heat buddy because the heater I bought blows luke warm air, I am very unhappy
