It took a week to ship it and when I got it it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I give them the exact number that I wanted and they showed the same number that I wanted but it wasn’t even close to the one I need. It was deeper and narrower than the one I wanted. They should have contacted me and let me know that it wasn’t the number of the one I needed especially when it took a week for them to send it to me. Very disappointed.

A pitiful excuse for a company(s); incomplete orders, zero accountability, false shipping notice when item in fact did not ship, then no notice when it was drop shipped from manufacturer. This entity is part of an insulation game of “THREE CARD MONTY”, i.e. X4 Industries, Parts Pro Supply and RV Nation appear to be the same, or at least associated. In a review query online there was not one rating above the lowest one star that I came across. Individuals stated they did not deserve the one star but it was necessary for the rating to be posted, I agree! Save yourself money, time and aggravation. Shop elsewhere.

Poor company that will not answer or return phone calls or E mails. I will never deal with them again. I am still waiting on a order from 35 days ago and a answer to why I haven't received it.
