I can not say enough about this company. I am a firefighter. I was quarantined to my camper (next to my house) because of a suspected Covid exposure. I moved into my camper only to discover my toilet was broken. Long story short, RV PARTS NATION next day mailed me a brand new toilet and portable tank......free! It made my YEAR! Placed order, no info on shipping, had placed 3 calls, one returned, not all questions answered credit card charged, no shipping info still and no return call. I wanted to order more parts but that won’t be happening
Would like to know the status of original order but can’t seem to get any updates or return calls
