"Poor customer service"
I placed an order on 4/9/20 and it has still not been shipped. I called about it and left a message but they have not called me back yet. This is very poor customer service.

You really need to hire more folks like Trina. I dont think I have ever "met" ( even if it was just over the phone ) such a caring individual with the issues and problems that face RV families.

"Nothing good about this"
Took a long time to ship, communication was almost non-existent and never actually spoke to a person. When it finally arrived the illuminated door handle had no light. Never heard from them regarding fixing the problem and bought a light fixture and bulb from the auto parts store for an additional $20 on top of the $50 I spent for the "illuminated" handle. Perhaps this is the result of the "virus" issue but buy at your own risk from this place.
