This company is a fraud.How can multiple people get the same excuse including myself oh your flight was canceled and I paid more additional money for another flight then got screwed out of my money because I had to book with the actual airline and they kept the money.
I highly recommend not to use this company as they are shady as hell and lie through their teeth to get more money .

This company is a joke! We booked our tickets to go to Hawaii for a funeral then the corona virus happened. We have been calling them almost every single day to try and get our money back since the airlines would not let anyone fly. The flights were scheduled for mid April and we were told we had to get there money back from the airlines so that’s we could get our money back which we did and they still refuse to refund our money. So we will keep trying until this is resolved or we will be going to small claims court to try and get it resolved. I will never to business with this company or ever refer anyone to this company for any future transactions. Why don’t you guys stop ripping people off from there hard earned money and get a real job. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone as well it takes at least an hour to get trough to anyone and when you finally get trough to someone they transfer you to another person and your back on hold for another hour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL unless you like getting ripped off

I booked a flight for my mother and daughter to travel home back in may of 2020 called the airline to have them both be checked in and the airline lets me know that My Flight Search canceled their flights back 1 week after I booked the flight, I was never made aware of this nor was my mother ever given her money back. so I called last night and was on hold for 4 hours and then got hung up on. called back this moring and was on hold for another 2 hours from them to tell me they couldn't find out way the flight was canceled and that its now going to take 7-14 business days for my mother to get her money back. i will never use this booking source again they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and no one cares about anything from what I got over the phone with the person I spoke with.
