Customer service contacted me after posting this review. The rep was very polite, after speaking with him I received my e-ticket within the hour.

Well, I wrote a bad review because of the way I was treated. Victor contacted me and resolved the issue I had. I receive an e-ticket and was able to travel without any problem. Thank you, Victor, for your time and your understanding because I did not know what to do in that situation.
Booked a flight with myflightsearch.com, I received a booking number and later one requested for me to send verification info, which I did. They sent me a second email to let me know they cannot process my ticket because the prince went up. I called customer service, many times and got disconnected a few times. I finally spoke with someone who made believe apologizing but wants for me to pay $400 more on the same ticket. This company is a big Scammer and people need to be aware of them so the same mistake stops repeating over. Booking #361430. PLEASE, PEOPLE, KEEP PASSING THE MESSAGE BECAUSE I WILL POST THIS MESSAGE ON FACEBOOK ALSO.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"
I booked a my flight on November 11, 2019. I received a confirmation number but it said "Pending" for days. I called them back on November 16,2019 and was told that it never went through and they would issue me a refund. I received the cancellation email, but no refund. I was told it could take up to two billing cycles. I have called and been hung up on numerous times. I have been transferred to automated lines. On January 17, 2019 I was told that a paper check would be mailed to me withing 5 business days and I still have not received anything. Today, I was told that customer service was not available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am currently looking for a number for the better business bureau.
***Just to edit this. I received a voicemail from Andrew and when I called back I couldn't reach him or Victor. Was told Andrew didn't work today and I could call Victor back in 4 hours. Now he's gone. I was given a number to call by Roselynn and it was a sex line to talk to "hot girls". And they also said that there is No Supervisor in customer service now.

Please please never buy tickets in here I had an emergency I buy 5 tickets i lost my flight this morning my kids are waiting for me I don't know how to tell them that I'm not gonna be able to see them because this people stole my money now I'm still at the airport with no tickets and no money and I'm not gonna see my kids 😢😭😭😭😭

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
I had a death in the family and had to cancel our trip. When I called them they explained we had tickets that were non-refundable but recommended calling the airline direct since there was a death. I spoke with the airline and due to the death they refunded my money. The airline was fantastic with communication and got me answers quickly. The airline had to refund it to My Flight Search, who was then supposed to refund it to me. It has been FOUR months and I still don't have my money back. I have called numerous times and every single time I call I am told something different ...such as, "it will be on your card in 14 days" then "we need 30 more days" or "we don't have the money from the airline yet". No one is consistent with telling you anything and the fact that they have received the refund from the airline and will not return my money is infuriating. I spoke with an attorney and plan on taking legal action since I haven't received my $806.00 refund FOUR MONTHS later. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
UPDATE: Within less then 2 hours of my review I received a call from Victor. He was very nice, the only nice person I have spoken with at this company. He apologized for this and said he would call me back with information later today. He called me back and said he is issuing me a refund check and I should have it in a few days. I'll update this post with progress.

I had to post an IRATE OPINION in order for them to email me my eticket wow really, the customer service is severly lacking first they're and airline now they're an travel agent I've booked and paid for air travel and there's noway that it takes 24-48 hours after you've purchased an airline ticket to receive the damn ticket, I will NEVER purchase from them again and I will make sure my friends and family NEVER purchase from them, I did however recieve my eticket along with an apology and $86 and sum change off on my next booking of which I'm on the fence about booking, I did however call SPIRIT airlines and they confirmed my round trip flight and itenerarry, so thanks to Vicktor I guess all is well!

Still getting the run around. .12/13/2019 we got an email saying we were getting the refund. Weeks ago they verbally said we were getting a refund. Now, just leave a message for no one to get back to you.

The one time I don't check reviews when booking with an unknown travel site. I found these guys through Rakuten which made me think they were legit. NOPE in a big way. Booked flights to Key West and 3 days later still had not received tickets. Called and was on the line forever and of course no one speaks fluent English which tells me its overseas somewhere and a bigger scam then I first imagined. Supposedly they are cancelling my order. Not holding my breath on that one so I went ahead and disputed with my CC to make sure. I also plan on having my CC company shut down that card and send me a new one because according to many reviews they will make additional charges on it without consent. Lesson learned to do my homework even when going through reputable sites.

Call airlines directly - Or Google flights- then Expedia or Kayak - Other Reputable vendors out there.
Google reviews BEFORE you conduct business with anyone. It is America 2020 after all. A time when some people will rip off their own Mom, for a buck more in their hands. (Sad)

A Las Vegas Police Officer gave me THIS link to file a complaint on. I got scammed also! TWICE I booked in 2 days -
File a complaint - I am going to post this on each persons review that got ripped off and put through time and money sucking stress and aggravation.

According to the helpful Las Vegas Police officer, that is a Federal fraud website who has jurisdiction for online purchases. Hope this helps.

NO - You did NOT email me the tickets from the FIRST one- That SHOULD have been to me NO later than YESTERDAY.
Interesting how AFTER I sent email with Police cc'd on it -
Then ALL the sudden, one ticket came in my email and you over and over kept calling my phone
WHY would I deal ANY further with you people??!
And when I DID pick up after I missed like 7 calls - WHY didn't you answer or return any of my calls over the past 24 hours PRIOR??

"ADDED" note posted after I went to listen to voicemail ...
When I signed in to listen to my voicemail... Before the voicemail came on ... "VERIZON" had a message that "The caller has changed their number from the actual number they have called from".
In other words... They must be using computerized methods to make their phone number " appear to consumers" as DIFFERENT than the ACTUAL number they are calling from.
Legitimate businesses have nothing to fear in being TRANSPARENT.
Just like when you get your confirmation that said "Congratulations your tickets are BOOKED!"
NO - they are NOT
They put a nifty little paragraph - which prints at the bottom of a second page (if that doesn't tell you how far down in your email they stick it) which basically says your tickets are not confirmed until they clear your credit card and issue you your e-ticket.
Then is goes to say that in some instances, the tickets may be at a higher cost and you have the option to book or cancel.
WHY are they NOT at the COST you BOOKED at - Like ALL "Reputable" OTHER sites that sell tickets...
And WHY are you NOT getting your E-tickets in your email - Within 30 seconds to a minute - Like ALL the OTHER sites (that are reputable and running respectable businesses)???
You will risk getting useless tickets (as some victims of the company have posted)
You will risk "NOT" have peace of mind your trip is ALL SET and TRULY Confirmed
Like me - You WON'T get your tickets within their 24 hour timeframe - Not even by the second day. ONLY if you cc the Police Dept or BBB or Online gov complaint center - will this company miraculously all the sudden email tix - then will call your phone an immeasurable amount of time. ...
Like me, you will have to CANCEL the HOTEL you Booked, that coincided with your flight path and layovers - Which will keep you from spending time and adventuring around Rome or some other destination, you looked forward to experiencing - In addition to your original plans. Hopefully like me ... You ARE able to CANCEL that lodging and GET your refund.
Definite boiler room, Scammer operation going on here.
Disrespecting, time sucking, stress inducing, peace of mind and trust destroying, self-centered, unethical, irresponsible, unprofessional, deceptive BOILER ROOM OPERATION that SHOULD be SHUT DOWN to PROTECT future consumers.
