"MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION"

Following proper protocol, I canceled a booking at MyFlightSearch. Getting the refund resulted in a lengthy dispute. On seeing my unfavorable review, agent Victor expressed dire concern and made a full refund. I am giving MyFlightSearch 5 stars because there is evidence that this company is sensitive to its reputation and is trying to upgrade. I think they are moving in the right direction.

My best guess is the positive reviews on this site are from fake customers. There is nothing I can say that's positive about this company. I found it through a cashback site which I trust, but that ended with the "purchase" of my flight. 3 different friends and 3 different experiences during checkout.

For me, I used my cashback site, booked, and entered a "coupon code" for $10... cool... i saved $40 over Expedia. I checkout, and am notified I'll receive my tickets within 5min -24hrs... this is an international flight... so, fair? sure. First thing I notice is an extra $3000 charge added to my credit card transaction. Next, I didn't receive tickets after 48 hrs. I called my credit card company to notify them and requested a refund/cancellation through MyFlightSearch, which they "processed" for the next 10-15 days.

Second friend used the same coupon and got a different amount off, which is strange. Was also overcharged $3000 to which his CC automatically issued a fraud warning and cancelled the transaction. When contacting myflightsearch they tried to get him to turn over drivers license and passport numbers. Um, No... Red Flag.

Third friend was in checkout and being asked for his passport information including numbers. He immediately cancelled his transaction without completing.

I had to issue a fraudulent transaction with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

I can't give these clowns a zero and they definitely don't deserve a rating of 1. I went through booking process and after they get credit card numbers they seem to not be able to secure your flight. I was told my flight was canceled and I would not be charged. I thought ok well I guess I have to try again so I did. They accepted my card and sent confirmation then 3 hours later they told me this was no longer valid and they canceled my seat for entire flight.
I was very p#ssed and called them and they tried to tell me to send pictures of all my identification front and back. I told them I better not be charged a dime and they nearly destroyed my vacation plans. Do not deal with these con artists. They are a bunch of east Indians trying to scam you for ALL your personal information like your credit card, passport numbers and more of your personal information. This crap is not acceptable. THEY WILL ONLY SCREW YOU

NO APOLOGY IS ACCEPTABLE. THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY F@CKED OVER MY VACATION. I WON'T GIVE THEM THEIR REQUEST TO CALL OR SUPPLY MORE INFORMATION AND FOR THEM TO WASTE ANOTHER SECOND OF MY TIME.
ITS BEYOND ME HOW THIS HAPPENS. MY VACATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND DON'T NEED THIS INCONVENIENCE.
I WANT TO WARN OTHERS OF WHAT THIS COMPANY IS AND HOW SERIOUS THEY TAKE YOUR VACATION. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO MATTER THE INCONVENIENCE OF AN APP NOT WORKING TO JUST STAY WITH COMPETENT FLIGHT COMPANIES AND EVEN CALL THEM BEFORE GOING THROUGH EVERYTHING I JUST WENT THROUGH ...

"American Airlines refund"

American Airlines issued me a refund on a flight I booked for my husband. After many attempts to get my $$ a supervisor named Victor helped get me a check issued. Although I had issues the first time I tried to deposit the check in my bank, Victor was good to stay in contact with me and try and get the issue resolved. I finally was able to get my $$ back today. I appreciate Victor’s customer service. Even though the situation was very frustrating he was extremely helpful and assured me that I would get my $$. Thank you Victor!!

Nick helped me through at the end when my booking got canceled. They kept my same price although the prices went up and I was very pleased with the service received by My Flight Search. I have been anticipating this trip for months since I found out I had cancer and it has been on my bucket list for my whole life. I am an older woman and it was rough to hear that I had reservations one day and didn't the next after making hotel reservations for my trip. But, as I said, Nick pulled me through the rough spots and they came through for me in the end. Happy Customer
