I was impressed both with their speedy response and the clarity of the call handling. It was in fact, no less than ideal. Further, the company locally they involved and then their surveyor etc. thereafter? They too were spot on plus speedy.

Was having problems with my insurance company till they appointed Ashley Clancy, at Questgates. Ashley and her appointed surveyor Garry were excellent at getting things moving forward and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. Can't thank her enough.

The fact Questgates doesn't respond to reviews is a testament of their contempt they hold for customers.
I had the unfortunate luck of having this company assigned as the loss adjustor after a home insurance claim with Admiral.
Questgates sent out a "special investigator" and let me tell you, there was nothing special about him. It appears the company recruits individuals who work from home without applying any competency checks.
Long story short the incompetent loss adjustor / special investigator rejected my claim. I escalated the case as I'm more versed with FCA regulations than the "special" investigator it transpires, insurance company finally settled my claim and also paid out 8% simple interest accrued over 13 months thanks to Questgates dragging their heels and causing unjust delays.
Not only were they useless for me (I appreciate they work For the insurer not claimant), but they also ended up costing the insurance company unnecessary £££s.

I have had the misfortune to have Questgates as my loss adjusters on three separate occasions. The service they offer is absolutely terrible and I pray you are not unlucky enough to have them appointed my your insurers.

we are forced by slough council to use Avid insurance who have given our water damage claim from another flat to these criminals. they have done nothing to help our tenant for 10 months living in dangerous and squalid conditions

Awful experience. I had a very pleasant loss adjuster to my face, who behind my back was shafting me and making snipes about my disability. I have been conned out of thousands between them and Axa Insurance. Should be jailed for defrauding people.

Tried claiming for my drone that was fully insured refused a payout due to them saying it wasn't specified in the policy when it was done wit evesure both parties passing me on to the other. Avoid any insurance with these companies cowboy company happy to rip people off.

Fantastic service provided by Andrew. Not a great experience having water damage over the COVID 19 period, however, the claim was handled professionally and the customer service provided was exceptional.
