I ordered an item on a Saturday, immediately realised that entirely due to my error I had ordered the wrong part. I then ordered the correct item and requested cancellation of the incorrect part by email. On Sunday I received confirmation of cancellation and a refund of my first order on the same day and confirmation of the new order which arrived by post on Tuesday. Could not ask for better customer service.
