"Great shop"

This is the firts time i buy in this site, but not the last, very good prices, very well attended by the pre-sales service, despite the many questions I asked them, the delivery time is shorter than i expected, (over 10 days).

By the by, I live is Spain ... and

Nothing bad to say about them.

"Very poor after sale service, talk about jumping through hoops!"

After purchasing a second tablet from Focal the AC charging port became inoperable. I contacted them and sent numerous photos which clearly showed the issue and even the tablet onscreen showed the issue when it was plugged in with a charging error prompt. Then they asked me to get local repair quotes which I did and sent to Focal. No response so I emailed again and this time they wanted video. Am I a movie maker? No and after spending all this time and effort I came to the conclusion they do not intend to honor their commitment to customer satisfaction but instead made it so difficult and time consuming it was no longer worth it. I HOPE THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THE TRUTH.

"Just stay away, getting different and damaged products as they sell"

Just had an very, very unpleasant experience with focal prce.
I am a regular buyer from the FE (at least over 200 times)

I tried it fr the first time to buy from them, 2 sets of blades for my RC helicopter. When I received them I noticed that they were damaged, used, different length and not the blades that i ordered, After a lot of communication I could only get a refund of 25% while the products are useles. They suggested I open a RMA so I did and it would be solved professionally, looool after 1 day the RMA was closed because I alread complaint about the product. Also my review (which they state to publish) is never shown on their website, I received a mail what the problem was and it all started again.

Conclusion 25% refund , not usefull products, I call this not ok.

I have in the 200+ times that I buy expensive or cheap products from others companys never seen.

I will never buy there again and will certainly not recomend the scamming methods of this company FOCALPRICE

"always had a good experience with Focalprice"

I have been using focal price for 3 years now and have no complaints.
I made a mistake and made an order as a guest and freaked out because my account wasn't showing my purchases. I emailed/messeged through the site and got a response within a few hours. The woman who answered wrote english very well and she managed to find my order and gave me a tracking number. I live in Canada and my order arrived in 14 days.
have never bought any big items such as laptops or notebooks, so can't vouche for those types of items, however the things i have purchased,, I have no complaints about.
I am sorry some of you have had some negative experiences, I would recommend this site without hestitation.

"Stay away from focal price. They're bad news!!!!!!!!!!!"

I don't need to write much. You can just read my correspondences below:

ME(6/30/2013): I finally received both tablets on Thursday June 27, 2013. I was using it to watch youtube videos on Sunday June 30, 2012 and it started to get hot and then it froze. I couldn't do anything. I attempted to shut it down and restart it but I couldn't. It stayed like that until the screen went black and now when it try to turn it back on it doesn't respond. It tried charging it but that didn't evoke a response either. I tried the reset button and that still does not work. I have not turned on the other tablet as yet; so for right now, the problem is with the freelander pd900

Me(7/1/2013):I don't want anyone to open it and then be told that the warranty is void because of that. I don't think that I should be having this trouble so soon after my purchase and so I would very much prefer that I receive an full refund of my money. Response: You send it by DHL. It is so expensive for shipping cost.
As or shipping cost, w will bear at max. 20$ in form of coupon.

Can I get my refund wether or not you collect it please? I did everything you told me to do. If you refuse to collect it, how about sending me a properly functional replacement? Can you do that? And stop trying to stretch this out. You know, the last time i checked there's a huge DHL logo at the bottom of your website. Why is it there?

"Fraud? I'll Find Out Pretty Soon!"

UPDATE: Following over 48 hours of silence, FocalPrice told me they found the PayPal transfer and are processing my order.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried to place an order for an android phone during a "seckill" sale at FocalPrice on 6/16/13. The order didn't go through. Two days later FocalPrice put a message for me on the "my message" section of the "my account" area of their website. They said a "bug" had prevented the order from going through, and they offered me that same great price again. I sent the money-- over $100-- to their Gmail account via PayPal on 6/26.

FocalPrice says they can't find the payment. PayPal assures me it was sent. I cut & paste, so I definitely didn't transpose any characters in the transaction ID. FocalPrice hasn't responded at all to multiple emails and messages over the past 2 days.

I'm hoping all of this is just unlucky: Someone at FocalPrice was having a rough day, and simply couldn't locate the transaction ID, and now they're slow to respond due to high volume. I've placed 4 much smaller orders with them in the past without problems. The situation will become clearer pretty quickly. I'll update this forum as things progress.

"A trusted online store with Excellent after sale service"

I used to shop at focal price and i always found their communication was very good and the items I received were all in good condition except few items had little problematic but solved in excellent manner.
Unlike DX/ deal extreme, with them I had a very bad experience and all what I purchased from them almost inferior quality. I tried to communicate but not succeeded. When I try to create a ticket it says invalid number.

Especially, after sale service of the focal price is also great and I never experienced with them any negative experience. The products they sale are always new and being the first to introduce. I can recommend focal price as one of among best online sellers.

"Very good shopping experience."

I have placed almost 70 orders on this site,
mostly i buy tablet pc's and android mobile phones,
new products fast shipping and good prices,
all products delivered at a good working condition,
in some cases when the products were defective,
i contacted rma service and they sent a new one or refunded me.
Lately they ship via sweden post to europe which is really fast,
15-20 days for delivery. Very good shopping experience.

communicate with the customer service, but return is so high, and unworthy.
