This site is awesome. Prices are resonable and sometime you can find tablets and android phones cheapest on internet (especially whn you use coupon codes). Customer support is very fast and helpful.
I bought from them Lenovo A390, Freelander PX2, Sanei N78 - 3g, Sanei N70 and two tablets with TV and GPS - all in one. All of that was cheapest on internet.
When you subscribe for drop shipping you will get (for first order) 10% discount!! On special drop shipping page you can find tablets, phones etc. which are discounted 10% too.
Try to find coupon codes on internet and you'll enjoy in big discounts and low prices (especially on es.focalprice.com).
Shippin to Serbia is 20-25 days. No problem with battery shipping like on Aliexpress!
I never had bad experience with Focalprice.com.

Ik heb een telefoon en twee accessoires gekocht. De telefoon viel mij wat tegen en ik heb dit in een review beschreven en onderbouwd. Deze review werd afgewezen. Toen in iets mildere vorm nogmaals ingestuurd evenals de positieve reviews van de twee andere producten. Die laatste twee werden geplaatst, mijn ietwat negatievere review van de telefoon (het belangrijkste item) was weer afgewezen. En ik gaf nog tussen de drie en vier sterren!

Bijzonder slechte zaak dat mensen zo om te tuin geleid worden met alleen maar positieve reviews.

Long story short 2 monthsmonths to receive a tablet I ordered from them dead on arrival.the refund process is a scam returning product cost heels & no guarantee of any refund.it is a scam site low quality keep away

"Troppi problemi con le spedizioni gratuite"

Il sito si presenta veramente molto bene , migliaia di prodotti , prezzi molto molto comptetitivi tendendi anche al basso , servizio clienti gentile ma NON BASTA . Troppe spedizioni sono soggetti a problemi , su 6 ordini effettuati 3 (sono tanti) non sono pervenuti a distanza di 2 mesi ... comprendo che bisognerebbe scindere dal servizio che offre focalprice e il servizio che offre il corriere , tuttavia è compito dell'azienda trovare una soluzione affidandosi ad altri vettori.

"Surprisingly good for first impression"

So far I have ordered only once, i have bought a Galaxy S3 lookalike phone. The offered a good price and allowed me to pay with PayPal, which is a must. The customer service was helpful all the time. The tracking information seemed fraud, but after asking for clarification i could track the statius of the delivery without problem.
The phone finally arrived in a relative short time, and it was working prfectly (as you cold already guess from my 5-star rating. :) ) The best part about the delivery is that it was shipped from sweeden (?!), so i didn't have to be afraid of customs problems. I don't know how they did it, but the did. Great !!!
About the phone: It was what i expected, working perfectly, but assume its not the merit of focalprice. However, it had a suprisingly good opsystem, no chinese junk, only clear multilingual android 4.2.1. (Some other sellers ask for extra money for a clean opsys).

In conclusion, I would recommend this company to everyone.

Of course you must be aware that if you order something from such a great distance, (even from a good company like this) any warranty issue can be problematic.

"Cheap but rather poor quality"

Over last 3 years I commited a few purcheses from Focalprice. I was tempted by their low and attracive pricing. However everytime there was always something wrong with the product they sold me. However my recent purchase was the last one. I spent near £60 for car digital video recorder. It arrived resonably quick, however there were number of issues with the product, i.e.: software provided did not work, GPS fixed after 10 minutes+ of driving, video quality was very poor, I was unable to secure records from overwriting, device itself got rather hot when charged, and a few more issues. I conntacted them and they come back quickly offering a new DVR once I sent back the faulty item. There was one issue thou - they would only refund $10 for return postage and it would be in form of focalprice coupon. The return postage cost was around £20 and I wasn't willing to lose money again.
To cut the long story short - they offered partial refund and I keep the faulty (and useless) item.
They got two stars because they talk to you and are sort of willing to help. However I find it unacceptable thay don't cover cost of faulty items return. They also are unfair and DONT publish critical reviews - only good ones!
I will never buy anything from them again.

"Desperately bad"

Ordered an android phone. 3 weeks later had heard nothing. The delivery date was 3 weeks. I tried to login to my account to check. Nothing. I tried the forgotten password. Nothing. I was however receiving numerous marketing e-mails so i knew that this was not in spam.
I tried contacting customer services. Nothing. I tried several times to contact them with absolutely zero response. I then went to PayPal to raise a claim as it was now 5 weeks. 2 weeks later PayPal have rejected the claim as Focalprice have shown them that it was posted? It might have been posted but nothing has been received. Desperately bad company. Steer well clear, and might be interested to note the number of positive reviews that only have one review?

I ordered Lenovo a820 cell phone to Israel.
It arrived after 3 weeks - exactly as they said it will take.
The phone was as described, they answered my questions very quickly and politely.
Their price was grate!!!
I am very pleased!
