"Avoid like the plague"
The power switch on my Isomac Tea failed just 14 months after purchase, the companies attitude was very much. I will honour 12 months and that's it. A power switch should be expected to last for circa 50000 toggles their idea of customer service is simply prehistoric.
I thought going with this company would be better than a rival such as Coffee-Italia I was wrong don't make my mistake.

"Unacceptably poor AVOID"
Ordered 2 items from mysespresso
1 item sent was not what I had ordered, when I contacted the owner he did not apologise and told me to post it back and he'd sort it out when he received it back. Since I needed the items quickly and it seemed he would not sort it out until he'd received the incorrect item back I informed him by e-mail I wanted to cancel the whole order. - No Response
I returned the items, he refunded part of the amount, still no reply to e-mails, I e-mailed to ask for rest to be refunded as yet no response or refund.
Meantime I obtained the items elsewhere much cheaper with no problems.

I would caution ANYONE ordering from this setup. The proprietor is a rude, vile individual. His only concern is to sell. There is no aftercare, only rudeness if anything ever goes wrong with an item purchased from them. I have an entire dossier of correspondence as proof. It took me a year and a half to claim back damages via my credit card company (thank you sony card!!!), and they were also mortified at the dealings they had to have to assist with my claim. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you need any further information or advice from me, you are very welcome to contact me, I will be delighted in sharing my hideous experience.
The words 'customer service' have no meaning to [name removed]. He needs re educating.
Vile experience.....never again.
