Well so far I can't find anything wrong everything that y'all have done with this solar generator has been great with one exception and that is I don't know about the solar generator for I have not tried it yet or at least the solar panels to see how long it takes to charge so that will be in my next report otherwise everything has been top notch and I don't just say this lightly because I usually don't give feedback about anything. Y'all keep up the good work. I would also like to say that I cannot remember exactly what date that I got this so the date below may not be the exact time that I received it. I would also like to add that you cannot get an extension cord other than what comes with the product. I have tried to get extra extension cord and they said it can't be done which doesn't make any sense because one that I was going to get had a 30 ft cord to go with it so go figure. Besides that everything has been fantastic I would just like to be able to extend my solar panel farther from the generator itself.

❌❌❌BEWARE❌❌❌ I was sent a faulty jump 600 X to review for them and when I explained to them that it was a faulty unit and offered to send it back to them they told me oh well they called me a liar keep in mind I have Jacari that cost thousands of dollars I have no reason to lie and then was abused from whoever it is that is their sponsor that says we don’t accept refunds and treated me poorly so beware of this company the reviews are low for a reason ❌❌❌❌

Well..I never received the item.. so can't really review it.. money was charged to my card so I paid for it.. contacted the company and they Said they'd send another.. but haven't gotten it or haven't received any notification that it has been.. It's been two weeks..I was even waiting to fill this out because I wanted to give them a chance.
I even offered to pay for another at the sale price I got the original one at..

I bought the product vtoman x7 car battery boster with inflator. I am here in canada so i ordered it using their "canadian site." I tried looking for vtoman x7 on amazon canada (amazon is really good, the delivery is quick) but its not there. On amazon usa its there but its very expensive plus you need to pay shipping and or customs duties, so i ordered using their canada website to avoid such costs. I got worried at the start becuase on my credit card, the purchase city was listed as in france? Like really? If you research vtoman is based in hongkong so im confsufed. Anyway web order took about 8 days to arrive at my house via ups. Their warehouse (good kang logistics) is from ontario and they shipped it to my British columbia province. No duties paid. I open the package it looks legit brandnew. I havent tested the booster or inflator yet. Just the flashing lightm lol. It works so thats good. I tried the air inflator and its kinda noisy lol. I used the included charger to charge the unit as the manual says charge it first. Its 3 bars upon receipt but i will fully charge it. Im liking this toy, looks good and built quality is a solid 3.75/5, was it overpriced at $169? Im not sure, the noco gb75 is more expensive and it doesnt have an inflator.

Leider ganz schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
Powerstation war nach weinigen Monaten bereits defekt.
Habe den Artikel auf Garantie zurückgeschickt und nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Rückinfo wann ich mit Reparatur, oder Ersatz rechnen kann.
Keine Reaktion auf Mails...

"Avoid like the plague"

Purchased two items from VTOMAN. I purchased their Jump 1000 model and their extra battery bank, I bought it for emergencies, power cuts, that sort of thing. I've only had to use the unit twice, and after using it, charged it back up to 100% and stored it safely under my bed.

Recently I had a power cut and brought out the unit to power some essentials, only to find the unit was completely dead. I thought the battery might have died, but found that strange since it was 100% charged only the previous month. I put the unit on charge, the screen didn't light up, but nonetheless I left it on charge overnight. The unit is completely dead.

Luckily for me (I thought), VTOMAN advertise a 24 month warranty, and given I'd purchased the unit May last year, I was well within my warranty period.

This is where the problem starts, the company have COMPLETELY blanked me. I've messaged them on their official eBay store multiple times, phoned their helpline who informed me they'd create a ticket (nothing heard since) and I've emailed their support email, to which I've received no response.

It seems VTOMAN don't intend to honor their warranty.

I had only used the unit I bought a total of twice since I purchased it, so it shows to me that they're sending out defective, low quality units and ignoring consumers when they break.

If you want something that works, and want a company who will help you when something goes wrong, then avoid VTOMAN like the plague.

I'm now having to go through my bank to claw the money VTOMAN have essentially stolen from me and left me with a useless paperweight.

Ich möchte euch informieren, was alles in Zwischenzeit passiert ist.
Nicht viel, oder besser gesagt nix,nada 0. Langsam kommen Tagen mit viel Sonne und man kann Powerstation laden mit solar Panel, aber wie wenn Ding defekt ist.

This was the worst communication from a company ever.
I purchased power station from them add said they ship worldwide.
After excepting. My order they informed me they do not ship to ireland and I shoud cancel my order on ebay I declined and gave them a UK address once again they informed me they do not ship to UK and if I had a German address they could deliver it there . Then after I complained to ebay they cancelled my order .
