Unfassbar ! Wieso stoppt ebay diese Firma und Ihre vielen Verkaufs Schopps ( carshop2022, cartoolshop, vtomandirect, gooloo, vtoman-shop, vtoman, vtoman-official-store ) nicht ?!

Zuerst dachte ich, ich wäre nur Einer von Zweien ...
Hier auf Trustpilot, ist aber Alles voll von betrogenen Kunden, denen Ihr Gerät nach Defekt gestohlen wurde !
Also nochmal :
- die Firma kümmert sich nicht um Deutsches Recht !!
- Die Geräte gehen nach einiger Zeit kaputt !
- Wird dann zurück geschickt, wird das Gerät unterschlagen und das Geld ist weg !
- Antworten über Mail oder hier sind Alle KI-generiert, haben keinerlei Bedeutung ( außer den Käufer hinzuhalten ) und dienen lediglich dem "guten" Ansehen der Firma !!
Ich sage voraus, dass auch diese Warnung eine standard Antwort erhalten wird, die Hilfe verspricht, ohne dass ich überhaupt meinen Fall geschildert habe ! ( Den gibt es in einer anderen Bewertung )

Ist schon irgendjemand mit einer Klage durchgekommen ? Ich denke man könnte eine Sammelklage einreichen. Bitte antworten an stepa_at_dr_dot_com

Schlimm ist auch, dass ebay diese Betrüger offensichtlich unterstützt ! Ich habe den Sachverhalt des Diebstahls, mehrfach schriftlich und telefonisch, mit Belegen, gemeldet. ebay hat auf die Mails gar nicht reagiert und am Telefon alle 3 Mal behauptet, man würde sich darum kümmern. Passiert ist auch Monate später NICHTS !
Ich denke es wird Zeit, auch ebay, hier auf Trustpilot, negativ zu bewerten !

Vtoman.com hat nichts mit den offiziellen Vtoman Shopps auf ebay zu tun.

I purchased a power pack end of july 24 and it stopped working in September. I contacted vtoman a few weeks later and the communication was terrible. Eventually get to the point where I send it back for a replacement and when it arrives at their warehouse they completely ignore me and I haven't had a reply in a month. I have now reported this to trading standards. In total it has Been 5 months since I first contacted them.

That was good; however, I still haven't been refunded $25 of the original amount, and no one has returned my email inquiry. I would have purchased a 1500-watt model had you provided reasonable communications. The poor communications tell me that you don't care about good customer service.

Just bought brand new 600x power station, nothing on it worked and lifting the product sounds like everything inside is loose making me wonder are their products even safe, bought from UK official vtoman store, no response from them.

Just received my VTOMAN 1500.
It's not as heavy as I thought it would be. I now own 2 VTOMAN power stations. Best insurance against power outages I can think of. One for my Fridge and one for my small chest freezer. Another reason to have a VTOMAN is for travel. I feel very independent with this form of power.

After purchasing a Vtoman 600 portable power pack after trying the pack we found it did not come up to our expectations on batterylife time specifications and decided to return the product. Have to say the reasons for 5 stars was Vtomans after sales service as all our correspondence was dealt with promptly and efficiently. They collected the item which was an issue for us due to the weight which would have cost alot of money to send back. We had no worry regarding this as Vtoman sent a courier to pick up the battery pack leaving us with a receight of collection. Having purchased this through Amazon were informed by Amazon that the money would be replaced straight back into our account which was done within 3 days. Having read some bad reviews about Vtomans after sales service we can 100% say they were a pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation in dealing with this company in the future. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.
